Please note, our shipping times are based on transit time and do not factor in the time it takes us to process and pack your order ready for dispatch.

Please note, due to COVID-19 our shipping times may be extended. Everyone at Luma appreciates how amazing our customers have been, and we appreciate your patience during these uncertain times.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Please note that when we experience a very high amount of orders, it can take up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We ask all customers to please provide as much information as possible when checking out. Adding a phone number and an email address is also advisable so that drivers can contact you in case they are having trouble. Please note, if you did not receive your delivery due to not being at the delivery address, or you have entered a wrong address, we will refund the amount of the products when they arrive back at our PO Box. We cannot take responsibility for deliveries that are missing due to not being at the address or an incorrect address. We do not cover any import taxes if applicable. Please note, we do offer refunds on delivery costs.

In rare circumstances, packages may be lost by our courier. If this applies, we issue refunds after confirmation from our courier or 20 business days. If you have not received your item after 20 business days, please contact us. In no circumstances do we refund or reissue products until the 20 business day (from receipt of the order) has been met.
